Seeking a part-time machine mechanic. Specifically, looking for someone who has experience working on mechanical and electrical equipment. Must show up to work every week and be dependable. Individual must be willing to come in with sufficient notice on other days if an emergency occurs. Laundromat equipment experience is not required as long as you have experience working on equipment. Willing to train the right individual to work on laundromat equipment. Tools will be provided.

 

Required Qualifications -

• Prior experience working on mechanical and electrical equipment

• Must be able to read schematics to determine part numbers and troubleshoot equipment

• Ability to use mechanical and electrical tools

• Must be dependable and show up to work when scheduled

• Valid Driver's License

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Must speak English. English as a second language is fine.

Job Responsibilities –

• Troubleshoot and fix broken equipment.

• Clean and maintain equipment to the highest standard.
• Maintain tools clean organized and in working order.
• Order parts and materials as needed to make repairs and keep the machines in good working order.
• Advise maintenance person on cleaning, maintenance, and repairs

Job Hours: 4-8 hours per week

 

Salary: Wage is highly dependant on previous experience and dependability
